“We had my son’s 4th birthday party here. Let me just say this place is amazing. There’s plenty to do for kids of all ages. Our host Dan was amazing too, he helped us decorate, get situated and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the whole time. My son and some of his friends are autistic so transitioning from play to lunch/cake time can be hard but again Dan was extremely understanding and accommodating. After the party we were welcome to stay and play as long as we wanted until closing time. Everybody had a blast, thanks again Dan.”

“My toddler absolutely LOVES Kidz Klub!! We have been going here almost weekly in the last year. We recently had her birthday party here and they did a phenomenal job! They were so helpful with setting up and cleaning up, it was like I had my own personal assistant. It is every parent’s dream to actually be present for their kids birthday party and not have to worry about anything. We’re definitely having her party here again. “I took my 3 year old daughter to Kidz Club in Danbury for the first time today!! Because of how often she’s been sick, I don’t take her to the indoor play areas bc I’m just so nervous about her getting sick. (Yes, I know I’m a bit neurotic and that’s OK) We went with a friend Who’s been there before and has been to many other indoor play areas and assured me that with all her “research” Kidz Club and Danbury was by far the cleanest! Sold! We had such a great experience. From the moment we walked in the staff was lovely so kind and unbelievably polite and helpful. The one that stood out to me the most with Alex.. Again on that neurotic mom so I had to ask if there was any other entrances could anyone just get in when we And she assured me that someone is at that front entrance the entire time and there’s no way Anyone could get by them. I saw her walking around redirecting children that weren’t in areas they should be usually the bigger kids in the smaller kids area. And she did so with such kindness. At the end of our visit, I stopped her And thanked her, for making our first indoor play experience, a memorable one. There was something super special about her and she better be there when I go back lol! 5 STARS! On top of all of my rave reviews, there’s of course, the one that matters the most And that’s my little one. She had such an unbelievably good time. I look forward to being a somewhat regular, Even though it’s 45 minutes from where I live, it’s worth the travel because of the staff! Thanks again Alex ❤️”

“This place was a huge disappointment. I took my 3 year old granddaughter on a quiet Monday afternoon. We paid $25 for her to get in. (Their mandatory socks are included in the price. You can't use your own like in other facilities.) There was a large play area that was dark and my granddaughter was afraid to go in it. You can see in the video I posted that she climbed up the ramp, but then wouldn't go any further. There are many games that you have to pay extra for. Each game is about $1.50 per play. There are many claw machines with toys and stuffies and candy, but again, you have to pay extra for that. There was a small animal train gated off that she wanted to ride. That cost $3, but they only ran it at certain times of the day. We obviously weren't there at the right time because they wouldn't turn it on. I ended up buying some kind of weird troll bouncy ball that she wanted for $3, and she spent most of her time throwing it around and running after it. She sat in a few of the games and pretended to play. She made the most of it, and I'm actually pleasantly proud of her for that. She kept asking why a game wouldn't work, and I told her each time that we had to put money in it. (This grandma isn't rich.) I thought the $5 I paid for her to ride the carousel 🎠 was well worth it. I took her to Bounce! in Poughkeepsie, NY, and that was awesome. I will not be back to Kidz Klub. It's not worth it at all.”
